Bring the kids in their costumes to the Poway Chamber of Commerce Halloween Treat Trail, where local businesses will be handing out treats (not tricks!) throughout the day. The Poway Chamber of Commerce is building a list of local businesses who want to offer a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience to the community! These businesses will be open on Sunday, Oct. 31 and be available to hand out treats.
