Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego is transformed into a winter wonderland from Dec. 1 to 31. Deck the Hall (of Fishes) and get into the holiday spirit every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed Christmas and New Year’s Day). Enjoy fun, festive photo opportunities throughout the aquarium, plus holiday music and an interactive scavenger hunt, complete with prizes for the littlest guests, and holiday card worthy ocean views.
