The Maritime Museum of San Diego announces the first stage of 2022 curriculum to train individuals 18+ how to sail and maintain tall ships. Vessel training includes learning the skills to sail the Star of India, plus the Spanish galleon replica San Salvador. Open orientation will be held Jan. 5 at the Maritime Museum of San Diego aboard the steam ferryboat Berkeley. Participants must be 18 and older and provide their own health insurance.
